What size do Google Play screenshots need to be?+
Each side must be between 320 and 3840 pixels, and the longest side can be at most twice the shortest. 1080x1920 is the safe standard for phones, with 1200x1920 and 1600x2560 covering 7-inch and 10-inch tablets.
Why does it export JPEG instead of PNG?+
Play Console accepts JPEG or 24-bit PNG with no alpha channel, and browsers always write an alpha channel into canvas PNGs. JPEG avoids that rejection and stays well under the 8 MB per-file limit.
Is the device frame an iPhone or a Galaxy?+
Neither. The frame is drawn generically, with no manufacturer logo, silhouette or model likeness, so your listing carries no third-party trademark.
