Please read these terms of service ("Terms", "Terms of Service", "TOS") carefully before using the PhotoPik website (the "Service") operated by PhotoPik ("Us", "We", or "Our").

1. Conditions of Use and User Warranties

By using the Service, You agree to the following conditions:

2. Image Processing Policy (Client-Side Processing)

PhotoPik provides image editing tools (Resizing, Compression, Conversion). By using these services, You acknowledge and agree to the following crucial points regarding the data processing model:

• Client-Side Execution: All image processing and manipulation is executed **locally on Your Device** using Your web browser's resources.
• No Image Uploads to Our Servers: Your original images and the processed files **never leave Your computer or Device** and are not transmitted, stored, or accessed by PhotoPik's servers.
• Content Ownership and Responsibility: You warrant that You own the rights to any images You process or have all necessary permission and legal rights to use them. You are solely responsible for the content of the images you process.
• No Claim of Ownership: We do not claim ownership of Your images, Your files, or their processed versions.

3. Intellectual Property (The Service Itself)

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download the materials (software and information) on PhotoPik's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license You may not:

• Modify or copy the materials (outside of using the tool for its intended purpose).
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial), except for using the output image files generated by the Service.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or code contained on PhotoPik's website.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if You violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by PhotoPik at any time.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and Service on PhotoPik's website are provided on an **'as is'** and **'as available'** basis. PhotoPik makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

PhotoPik does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. PhotoPik may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. We do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
